Anchor Octavos

The series designation AO was for Anchor paperbacks published in any size other than 4-3/16" x 7-1/8." There are many gaps in the list below, as these titles seem hard to identify. Perhaps that's because size is the only unifying element or because the only indicator that a title is an Anchor Octavo is the AO prefix itself (which is easily misread by OCR).
