C&UP P-Series

These titles, formerly published by Twayne in hardcover, all seem to be about philosophy, so it's likely the P- prefix refers to Philosophy. College & University Press began publishing softcover editions of Twayne's titles starting in 1962 (see College and University Press Publishes First Books, PW, Mar. 12 1962, at 37).
